GEORGE TRIFFON

Long before becoming a professional dog trainer, George was the person friends and family called when they needed help with their dogs. He discovered that he enjoyed not only working with dogs, but helping people better understand them.

After retiring from the New York City Police Department in 2017, George turned his lifelong interest in dogs into a profession. He immersed himself in the study of canine behavior, learning theory, and a wide range of training philosophies. Today, he draws from that knowledge to develop practical, individualized strategies suited to each dog, family, and situation.

George believes the best trainers never stop learning. He continues to study canine behavior, refine his methods, and learn from respected trainers with diverse perspectives. Remaining curious, open-minded, and committed to improvement is central to his approach.
